Baked Mediterranean Feta Dip

Leftovers are not very likely, but in case you have them, simply reheat the appetizer in the oven to soften the feta back up. 

Ingredients You Need:

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Lindsay olives
  • Red onion
  • Garlic powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Feta cheese

Making Your Mediterranean Feta Dip

  1. Cut tomatoes in half and place in an oven-safe mixing bowl.
  2. Dice red onion and add to the bowl.
  3. Slice olives in half and add to the bowl. 
  4. Stir in seasonings and mix all ingredients well.
  5. Make a well in the middle, and add the block of feta cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melty, and the tomatoes are nice and roasted.
  7. Remove from oven, and serve immediately.

The result is a so fresh and flavorful.

Serve with pita chips, toasted bread or crackers. It’s sure to be a hit at the next game day watch party.
