Does the thought of waiting until Thanksgiving for pumpkin desserts make you weak in the knees? Wait no more. Today I’m sharing a super simple, 3-ingredient recipe to your favorite frozen pumpkin dessert, lightened up!
This recipe comes with a warning: even though it’s a lighter recipe, it’s so quick and easy you may find yourself making this a lot. As in, every day.
Here are the cast of characters:
Start with pre-made mine graham cracker pie crusts. Then, spoon in the filling: Light & Fit® Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt®.
Place your mini pies on a cookie sheet and freeze for 3-4 hours.
To serve, squirt a nice, big dollop of Reddi-wip®. Then, garnish with your favorite toppings, if desired. We love adding caramel drizzle, chopped nuts, and mini chocolate chips…
…lots of mini chocolate chips. Did I mention this is a great recipe for the little ones to help with?
Now, if you find it easier, you could add the Reddi-wip® and garnish before you freeze your pies, but we prefer to add it after. It’s just a matter of preference.
The result is a recipe that’s the real deal. You won’t miss the higher calorie version this frozen dessert at all. When you’re done, just toss the pie tin. Easy as….well…you know.
You can get everything you need to make this recipe at your local Wal-Mart.
