Turkey pesto sliders are a great way to feed a crowd with Thanksgiving leftovers that don’t taste like leftovers.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t really like my Thanksgiving leftovers to taste like…well, leftovers. That’s why these Pesto Turkey Sliders are a winner every year.
It has a crispy, garlic parmesan crust on the outside and cheesy melt-in-your-mouth center. The best part-it takes just a few minutes of prep.
Slice a package of Sweet Rolls and place the bottom half in a baking dish. Top with prepared Pesto.
Add leftover sliced or shredded turkey.

Top with sliced tomatoes and mozzarella (or we also love provolone!)
Place the top half of the rolls on top. Then, l brush with a mixture of 1 T. Butter and 1/2-1 t. garlic powder. Lightly sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Serve while warm.
Seriously, SO good. If pesto isn’t your thing, this recipe is also great with a chipotle mayo.
