Turkey pesto sliders are a great way to feed a crowd with Thanksgiving leftovers that don’t taste like leftovers.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t really like my Thanksgiving leftovers to taste like…well, leftovers. That’s why these Pesto Turkey Sliders are a winner every year.![]()
It has a crispy, garlic parmesan crust on the outside and cheesy melt-in-your-mouth center. The best part-it takes just a few minutes of prep.
Slice a package of Sweet Rolls and place the bottom half in a baking dish. Top with prepared Pesto.![]()
Add leftover sliced or shredded turkey.

Top with sliced tomatoes and mozzarella (or we also love provolone!)![]()
Place the top half of the rolls on top. Then, l brush with a mixture of 1 T. Butter and 1/2-1 t. garlic powder. Lightly sprinkle grated parmesan on top.![]()
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Serve while warm.
