- 8 oz. Sparkling Mineral Water (I use Perrier lemon-lime flavor)
- 8 oz. 100% Fresh fruit juice – I get mine from Fresh Thyme, but I also like Simply or Naked juices.
- Fresh or frozen berries
Simply mix 1 part sparkling water with 2 parts juice, and garnish with berries.
Yum! This is a healthy treat that curbs my sweet cravings and that I feel good serving the kids. I love this idea for a healthier party punch, too. I think it will taste even better during the hot summer months!
