Today I’m going to share a fresh and clean, but flavorful breakfast idea for spring – Peaches ‘N Cream Overnight Oats.
Perfect for busy weekday mornings, this breakfast so delicious, you might also find yourself making it for snacks or dessert!
This breakfast is easy to prepare, using just three ingredients. Simply combine rolled oats, fresh diced peaches and Simply Pure® Vanilla Creamer .
Add chia seeds or slivered almonds, and top with ground cinnamon, if you’re so inclined. I am inclined.
Just prep this recipe and chill overnight, or at least four hours, before serving. Jut grab and go!
I believe recipes taste only as good as the ingredients they come from, which is why this clean, in-season recipe is so delicious.
Simply Pure® Creamers are made with real cream, milk and sugar, and contain no artificial colors or flavors, so I can feel good about using this in my clean recipes and (three daily cups of) coffee.
You can find both Vanilla and Caramel flavors of Simply Pure® Creamers at Walmart. Be sure to check out even more amazing recipes here!

Mmm! I love overnight oats!
Delicious and healthy snack! I will try it one of these days 🙂
Yes, a breakfast I would actually eat. And I don’t like breakfast in general. #client
I have never made overnight oats but these sound so delicious! Thank you for sharing with us!
Yummy! I love anything peaches and cream! This sounds delicious!
I feel the same way!
Are the oats uncooked? How long will this keep in the fridge? Can I make enough for each day of the week?
Hi Dawn, they are not cooked, but perfectly prepared by soaking in the cream. You can definitely prepare these a day or more ahead, but I personally prefer the texture when eaten within 1-2 days at most.
This looks good.. I love peaches and cream.. one question.. which oats? Old Fashion or One Minutes? You only said Cup of Rolles Oats. Thanks..
Hi Bev, thanks for stopping by! Old Fashioned oats work great for this recipe. 😉
Had this for breakfast for the 1st time with blueberries….SO GOOD!
I’ll bet it was delicious with blueberries! I’m so glad to hear it was a hit!
