OVEN-BAKED ROSEMARY GARLIC FRIES RECIPE
Don’t know what to serve at your upcoming party or holiday celebration? If you want something fast but very drool-worthy, oven-baked rosemary garlic fries are to the rescue!
Start with 2-3 potatoes—they can be russet potatoes, Yukon gold potatoes…whatever you prefer. Slice lengthwise into 1/4″ fries.
Toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic salt, and the flavor de jour: fresh minced rosemary.
Spread in a single layer on a parchment paper over a cookie sheet and bake at 400°F for around 25 minutes, until crispy and golden. Take out of the oven and place on paper towels to cool and remove any excess oil.
Serve with ketchup, or to kick it up a notch, make a fancy dipping sauce that pairs beautifully with these delicious oven-baked fries.
Just mix some ketchup, light mayo, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder for a zippy flavor.
I served my rosemary garlic fries in copper mugs, just like an amazing restaurant that I used to go to and love.
Or, of course, you can serve them the good, old-fashioned way as a game time side dish ;).

My whole family is full of french fry lovers! My son is always asking to make our rosemary garlic fries. Yours look perfect! I’ll have to try this dipping sauce the next time we make them, too!

Yum! Those fries look so crispy and delicious! I am so shocked that they’re not fried! I gotta try this recipe out.
They definitely do not get as crunchy as the fried variety, so I cut them nice and skinny to get as much crunch out of them as possible!
Since I love making baked french fries, rather than actually frying them in oil, and the flavor of rosemary, I’m definitely looking forward to making these soon! The dipping sauce is a nice added bonus too!
If I’m going to indulge and eat fries. Well they are always homemade and the flavor combinations sound wonderful.
